In 1995, Red and I took a Motorcycle trip across Mexico and Central America on my BMW motorcycle. Starting in Iowa, we rode all the way to the tip of Panama. We clocked somewhere in the vicinity of 14,000 miles throughout that trip, and we made the trip over a period of 4 months. It was a crazy journey, and we got the opportunity to see a lot of beautiful landscapes, and meet some great people. I kept a journal throughout the ride - here are a couple pages that I photographed, and some additional pictures from that trip.
You can talk about doing things like this, or you can do it, and I'm glad I did it.
